WORKSHOP | Jazz Up Your Shirt with DragaDina × Zambleezy

Roodkapje’s Hamburger Community of Art Resident Iriée Zamblé is joining forces with Rotterdam-based fashion designer DragaDina as part of the current program *HOME GROWN*, showing you their ways of jazzing up outfits. Wrap yourself into their world of colours, patterns and paint and create your very own design on a shirt, using tools like fabric paint, cut-outs and sequins. Afterwards, your beautiful look will be immortalised within a pop-up photo shoot inspired by West African studio photography from the 60’s and 70’s.
If you own a shirt you would like to work on, feel free to bring it with you. Otherwise we will provide you with one in the beginning of the workshop. We are looking forward to meeting you and spending a nice, crafty afternoon together. This is also the last chance to see the exhibition HOME GROWN at Roodkapje, so feel free to come early to have a peek around 👀
The workshop Jazz Up Your Shirt is a collaboration between HCL resident Lousia Teichmann and HCA resident Iriée Zamblé accompanying the exhibition HOME GROWN by Iriée Zamblé on view till the 17th of December.
