We would like to invite you on the 31st of October to celebrate the release of Ruda Krua’s new Limited cassette run of their debut live performance at Grounds Rotterdam.
It will be a special night of live music, showcasing Rotterdam's musical diversity.Inner Basement will produce the cassettes, a Rotterdam-based diy label run by Loveth Besamoh.

Ruda Krua
RUDA KRUA is a trio founded in Rotterdam (Netherlands) at the end of 2023. With its unconventional formation (bass clarinet, drums, and saxophone), Ruda Krua fully explores the sounds of the three instruments, adding the sonic possibilities of effect pedals.
Ruda Krua's influences range from afrobeat to ambient, including electronic and punk music. One of RUDA KRUA's most distinctive features is the combination of original repertoire and free
improvisation, two elements that constantly intertwine in their live performances, offering the audience a unique experience at every concert.
During 2024, Ruda Krua has started to make a name for themselves within the Dutch scene with the introduction of the group and their first compositions at the "Grounds" venue among others.

Horse on the Ridge
Horse on the ridge is an ambient duo from Rotterdam, Netherlands. The duo, consisting of Quincy Fortes and Do Milder (also active in L’orne), shrouds themselves in soundscapes that originate out of free-improvisation. This primitive way of working, allows for pieces that feel very personal, emotional and intimate. Telling stories inspired by not-so-fond memories, beautiful mist and loneliness in everyday noises. With their first two EP’s (inspired by the likes of Fennesz and So) nearly finished, Horse on the ridge is ready to open the curtains and face the outside world
