Das Matterhorn plays a style of alternative rock that takes inspiration from a bunch of genres including indie rock, punk, new wave and stoner rock. The band crafts songs with an original yet welcoming sound, with a proclivity for earworm melodies. This can be heard on Das Matterhorn’s first two singles: Half Alive (13/10/2023) and No Reasons (24/11/2023). Das Matterhorn will release their third single, Woolly Mammoth, on February 17th 2024.

The interesting chord progressions and big dynamic shifts caused by warm fuzzes and huge drums is what Thrilled is all about. Starting out at school where all of the members met, it quickly turned into something more than that. They are working on their first EP which is to come out in February 2024. Taking big inspiration from shoegaze, but also grunge and punk and many more genres.
