“Mag ik in uw OORSCHELP grommen?" - features a lineup of diverse artists who will transport you into a world of unique sounds and thought-provoking performances.
MCBN, known for their dramatic yet blissful compositions, will interlude between concerts, offering conversations about life, snippets of street noise, and pseudo-present compositions.
Hannah Pezzack is a DJ, editor and researcher who writes about experimental music, literature and art. Her sets weave together psychedelic, vocal-led oddities; from freak folk and synth-pop, to left-field electronics and dub. With Elina Tapio, she co-hosts ‘Scrying the Landscape’ on Mutant Radio. The bi-monthly mix series focuses on the intertwinement of deep listening, ecology and mysticism.
Hranrad is a Berlin-based independent producer who experiments with ambient soundscapes and otherworldly vocals, woven together with glitchy, heavy drum production to create an intricate and complex tapestry of sound. With 10+ years of experience as a producer and songwriter, they seek to explore all facets of their dark, ethereal production style, straddling the line between avant-pop and experimental sound.
Meaning "whale-road", a historical metaphor for the ocean, "Hranrad" draws inspiration from nature, mythology and dreams, as well as a wide range of musical influences such as Björk, Hildegard von Bingen, Objekt, Rachmaninoff, Batu, Arca, and Thom Yorke.
Geier aus Stahl is one of the many artistic guises of Leonard Prochazka. With his DJ set he will delve into questions of autonomy and power relations through a blend of electronic and acoustic instruments, bridging selective and collective consciousness. Leonard (Lenny) Prochazka born in Vienna, Austria started his musical path by playing the drums. Through that he started to understand groove as a connecting element between mind and body as well as his passion for splitting time rhythmically. Feeling alienated by the constant acceleration of his surrounding he manifests his own creative terminology through music and visual arts.
