Derozan, Luke Cohlen & mangruv
Derozan and Luke Cohlen join forces for a second time, inviting Mangruv as an instrumentalist into their DJ set. The two connect through a multi-deck, non-linear mixing style that is characterized through constant surprise and improvisation. Flowing between disjointed, rhythmic dance tracks and minimalist, texture-driven music, they play sounds situated in cultures and zeitgeists alike, as heard through their platforms Global Dance Suspense and aural conduct, respectively. This time, they are joined by none other than rhythmic wizard Alek, aka Mangruv—a virtuosic drummer, audio engineer, and producer who runs Studio Scarlab. Mangruv has performed in various impromptu, raw outfits such as Warlock and performs live with his electronic side in the experimental club scene. The last (and first) time Derozan and Luke did this, they had Andy from The Ex on guitar—so expect a whole new left turn when a percussionist comes into play.
Ruin Klarity
Cypher (aka Ruin Klarity) is a trans non-binary cabaret artist, activist, certified massage therapist, and movement practitioner. Trained in classical ballet at the Rudra Béjart Ballet School, they performed as a soloist with The Baltic Dance Theater before shifting their focus to transformation practices, particularly Butoh, which they have studied since 2014. Now based in Paris, they explore movement as a form of embodied resistance and evolution, performing while integrating methodologies such as Body-Mind Centering, Continuum, and somatic bodywork. Their performance art is most commonly found in cabarets, galleries, and club spaces like the former De School Amsterdam and Griessmuehle Berlin.
Hannah Endrulat
Hannah Endrulat is a singer and dj living in berlin. She explores her interest in late romanticism, opera and Kunstlied in her hybrid sets, providing a bandwidth of volume and vulnerability.
Lisanne Tijssen
Lisanne Tijssen is a, mostly, visual artist residing in Utrecht, NL. her work focuses om the remediation of the mythical semiotic structures enclosed within the subliminal of the seemingly mundane. for this event she will look into the interpunction of common everyday space and the interaction of truth and beauty within framing.
