A cheerful melody in Plexi Stad's world quickly unravels into a darker, more abrasive soundscape. Pink Stiletto is a San Francisco-based analogue synth-driven project fusing 80s New Wave, Italo Disco, Post-Punk and early EBM aes- thetics with bilingual lyrics and a seductive, magnetic edge. Fronted by Valery Kvochkova, the project channels the eccentric energy of ZE Records and Eastern Bloc disco, merging glamor, grit, and bold experimentation of European electronica.
